wis4d Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a wis4d account and use any wis4d product or service. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and will remain so for the duration of your membership.

2.2 Residency. wis4d is operated for and marketed to residents of Indonesia. By registering an account, you represent that you are accessing the platform from within Indonesia and that your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You may not register if you are acting on behalf of a business, organisation, or another individual.

2.4 Disqualification. The following individuals are ineligible to register or maintain a wis4d account:

• Any person under 21 years of age;
• Any person who has previously been subject to account closure by wis4d for breach of these Terms;
• Any person who has requested or been placed under self-exclusion, for the duration of that self-exclusion period;
• Any wis4d employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of such a person;
• Any person accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask or alter their geographic location.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one wis4d account. If you already hold an active wis4d account, you may not register a second account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian payment method. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wis4d username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share these with any third party. wis4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any activity on your account is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified wis4d of unauthorised access.

3.4 KYC Verification. wis4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence). Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. wis4d may suspend an account pending receipt and review of requested documentation.

3.5 Language. The wis4d platform and all official communications are in English. By registering, you confirm that you have sufficient English comprehension to understand these Terms, platform features, and support communications. wis4d customer support also provides assistance in Indonesian language; however, English is the governing language of these Terms and the platform.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. wis4d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata (bank transfer); GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). All supported methods are displayed in your wis4d account Cashier section and are subject to change at wis4d's discretion with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum transaction amounts vary by payment method and account verification level and are displayed at the point of transaction. wis4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits are typically credited to your wis4d balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during WIB banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals to GoPay, OVO, and DANA are generally processed instantly around the clock. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended due to banking system maintenance, public holidays, or heightened verification requirements.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the bonus component of your balance is eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or otherwise verified by wis4d's compliance team;
• wis4d reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.5 Currency. All wis4d account transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wis4d does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by wis4d; however, your payment provider may apply fees independently of wis4d.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards offered by wis4d are subject to these general bonus terms and the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Placing bets that do not contribute toward wagering requirements (as specified in the promotion terms) will not reduce the outstanding requirement.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses and new-member promotions are available to first-time depositing Members only and may be claimed once per eligible account. wis4d reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or revoke bonuses if eligibility criteria are not met or if abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is a Prohibited Activity:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Placing low-risk or near-certain-outcome bets (e.g., betting on both sides of a market) to satisfy wagering requirements;
• Using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes arbitrage or hedging against the promotion's intended purpose;
• Coordinating with other Members to exploit a promotion or bonus offer.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the time limit specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on wis4d are accepted at the Platform's sole discretion. wis4d reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet from any Member without providing a reason, particularly in cases where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, manipulation, or irregular betting patterns.

6.2 Sportsbook. All sports betting markets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, badminton, MotoGP, and E-sports — are governed by wis4d's Sportsbook Rules, which are published in full within the sportsbook section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games operate according to the rules of each individual game as administered by the relevant provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, wis4d will settle the bet according to the game state recorded at the time of disconnection on the provider's server. wis4d's decision on such matters is final.

6.4 Slot Games. All slot games, including those described in Indonesian market parlance as slot gacor (high-return-to-player slots), operate using certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited by the relevant provider's licencing authority. Displayed RTP figures are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.5 Void Bets. wis4d reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: manifest errors in odds or game parameters; confirmed match-fixing or event manipulation by any party; technical failures that materially affected the integrity of the game or market; or any other circumstance that wis4d reasonably determines rendered the bet invalid.

6.6 Transaction Finality. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member. Confirmed bets will be settled according to the official result of the relevant event or game round.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on wis4d. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Identity Fraud: Registering with false, incomplete, or another person's identity information;
2. Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age, or permitting a person under 21 to use your account;
3. Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one wis4d account, whether under the same or different personal details;
4. Match Fixing: Placing bets on events in which you or an associate has influence over, or advance knowledge of, an irregular outcome;
5. Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, harvest odds, or interact with the wis4d platform in a non-human manner;
6. Bonus Abuse: Any conduct designed to exploit bonus structures beyond their intended purpose (see Clause 5.4);
7. Money Laundering: Using wis4d accounts to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds;
8. Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or reversals in respect of legitimate wis4d transactions;
9. Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the wis4d platform, its servers, or any provider's game software;
10. Collusion: Coordinating with other Members in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

8.1 All content on the wis4d platform — including but not limited to the wis4d name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, game assets, software, and data — is the proprietary property of wis4d or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wis4d platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

8.3 You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any wis4d content without prior written authorisation from wis4d.

9.1 wis4d collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at wis4d.app/privacy-policy.

9.2 By registering an account, you consent to wis4d processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and service communications.

9.3 wis4d uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission and stores personal data in accordance with industry security standards. wis4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9.4 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by wis4d, subject to wis4d's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes. 10.1 The wis4d platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While wis4d makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, wis4d does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, delayed bet settlements, or events outside wis4d's reasonable control (including but not limited to Indonesian internet infrastructure issues, banking system maintenance, or force majeure events).

10.2 wis4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wis4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds placed as bets. wis4d is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain through wagering on the platform. By using wis4d, you confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose, entirely of your own volition.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your wis4d account at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by wis4d. wis4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; confirmed or suspected Prohibited Activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the wis4d platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure for cause are forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that have not been subject to wagering will be returned at wis4d's discretion subject to anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering review.

12.1 wis4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or the direction of a licencing or supervisory authority.

12.2 Your continued use of the wis4d platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

12.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at wis4d.app/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the version in effect.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the wis4d platform.

13.2 wis4d operates as a trusted and secure platform with a commitment to fair and transparent dispute resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, or platform decision, Members are encouraged to contact the wis4d support team in the first instance through the 24/7 live chat accessible within the account dashboard.

13.3 wis4d's decision on matters relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
